I come from a lineage of loud, stubborn, but silently strong women. And this needs not to be proven, because this is the seed implanted in the deepest core of my being.
When I look back I see these strong trees that stand firmly on the ground, suddenly barren, shaken by winds and storms but mostly bursting of life.
I see the roots weaving life throughout the lands of Earth, here and there sprouting new shoots in a cyclical and complicitous partnership with fertility.
And all us trees are connected like an invisible ring of strength and oneness.
All else are but transients in the woods that come and go, sometimes resting against the ancient and wise trunks, sometimes carving their eternity in the soft scented wood.
